1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Digital Products and Delivery

Nature of Products: Our products are digital downloads (PDFs). No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your product. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact support immediately email [email protected] .

Intellectual Property: All content contained in the Complete Pastoral Study Guide is the exclusive property of Mark Mojo Solutions PTY LTD and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this guide for your own ministry and study purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or share the digital file with others.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final upon delivery. Because you gain immediate access to the intellectual property, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to your success. If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

4. Payment

All transactions are processed through Paystack. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mark Mojo Solutions PTY LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital resources. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the guide.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
